Wealth Management Associate Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in wealth management, preferably within an RIA, wirehouse, or broker-dealer setting
• Bachelor s degree required
• Experience with trading and a strong understanding of portfolio management principles
• Comfortable working in a trading-focused role with potential for future growth
• High level of ambition and curiosity, with a commitment to quality work
• Experience with Tamarac, Schwab, and Salesforce is a plus, but not required

Wealth Management Associate Responsibilities:

• Handle daily trading activities to support the investment team
• Assist in portfolio management and ensure trades are executed accurately
• Manage trading workload to free up senior partners for research and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Senior Portfolio Manager to maintain portfolio integrity
• Provide high-quality support to the firm s partners, with potential for future client-facing responsibilities
