Job Summary

Cognizant is looking for a Web Developer with at least 3-5 years of experience in developing customized product for our clients. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies. Design, implement and maintain Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency.

An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, collaborative environment. Someone that values the "team" and leverages the opinions and expertise of their teammates to deliver quality.

Location: Mason, OH (Hybrid)

Work Authorization: You should be legally eligible to work for any employer in the US without the need for a sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Web developer with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in building applications using C#.NET, Angular.

• Design and develop user interfaces using Angular best practices.

• Ensure the application is responsive and performs well on different platforms

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality

• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design specifications

Required Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years in web application development using C#.NET/Angular

• Experience in Oracle - PL/SQL development ( SQL/Stored Procedures)

• Experience in Web API development using C#.NET

• Experience with Visual Studio IDE, IIS, etc.

• Experience in working with JSON, CSS3

• Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming

• Experience with repository tools such as Git or Bitbucket

• Experience with project tracking systems such as Jira

• Good to have HealthCare knowledge

• Ability to work independently and team
