Knowledge and Experience Required:
-5+ years of experience years experience in front-end web development
-Browser rendering and cross-browser knowledge
-Expert with HTML/XHTML at the hand-coding level.
-Expert in CSS for content styling and layout.
-Exhibit an understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
-JavaScript skill is preferred
-Able to operate in a Linux environment

Skills and Abilities Required:
-Expert with a major design application
-Expert XHTML/CSS for cross-browser rendering
-User Interface design and diagramming
-JavaScript to add behaviors to otherwise static pages human-centered design solutions is required.
• Experience using Figma is expected and experience building native applications for iPhone is a plus

Job Description:
Client.com is looking for a front-end web development contractor to join the Payment Security group.
You will be responsible for creating a web front-end for the Client's next-generation security services and internal tools.
The successful candidate should be experienced in working with graphics design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator), converting design mockups to cross-browser compatible HTML/CSS and JavaScript, and have experience with front-end development frameworks such as Reacts.

Primary Responsibilities:
-Use design software to create mockups and prototypes for new features
-Build static and dynamic pages from these mockups
-Create and manage CSS styles and CSS frameworks
-Ensure customer-facing new features meet style requirements
-Create code for front-end behaviors
-Cross-browser test and troubleshoot site presentation
-Develop optimized/cross-platform front-end code in CSS/XHTML and JavaScript
-Develop functional prototypes to demonstrate concepts and to enable rapid iterative support for usability research.
-Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and researchers to refine the user experience.
-A proven portfolio demonstrating the above skills will be required
