Title: Web Developer

Location: Cleveland OH Hyrbrid onsite 3 days a week

Length: 6 month with potential hire

Apex Systems is supporting a fortune 200 company out of Cleveland Ohio with a Web Developer opening. The Java Web Developer I position is responsible for the development, integration, and implementation of application software supporting mission-critical business applications within the merchandise accounting systems group.The position requires participation in the complete system development life cycle including post-implementation support.

Must Haves

-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

-2+ years of overall IT experience.

-1+ years of experience working on all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.

-1+ years of Web Application Development Experience in Java/J2EE environment including Java Server Pages (JSP), MVC frameworks, JavaScript (JQuery), CSS, XML Technologies, Spring, Hibernate, and HTML.

-1+ years experience in an Enterprise Database Management System, preferably Oracle.

-1+ years experience working with RESTAPIs, Docker, and/or Kubernetes.

-1+ years experience working with Source Control environments such as GIT.

-Experience creating automated build using Gradle.

-Experience with Unix/Linux OS and shell scripting.

-Experience with application servers such as JBoss and Tomcat.

-Experience building single-page applications with ReactJs, AngularJs is a plus.
