Job Title: Web Developer IV
Location: US - NY - New York

Job Desription:

• The CW will primarily support the Scaled Partnerships BE Roadmpap/ Lead generation group for the go-to marketing strategy.
• The main function of the web developer is to design, code, create system specifications, analyze and implement complex software applications.
• The CW will be working with cross functional partners within the business alongside engineers.

The focus will be on 3 areas:

• Drive adoption
• Onboarding
• Will run problems with partners from creator ecosystems such as Reels, Threads and broadcast channels.

Key Surrounding projects:

• SlideKit optimization for Scaled Partnerships: Migration to G-slides and other optimizations on top of SlideKit.
• Upstream Lead Management Flow: Streamlining the process for capturing and managing leads generated by the MVFB portal.
• Data Access: Ensuring Scaled Partnerships Media Experts data access expands beyond IG and Threads, to cover all organic interfaces and business data sources.
• CRM Workflows for Media Experts: Building and optimizing workflows within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to match MVFB's program (ie scheduled calls, follow up calls, ability to re-route customers to PSO and/or SBG).

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Design, code, test, document, implement, and maintain application programs and interfaces.
• Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
• Modify, install, and prepare technical documentation for system software applications.
• Monitor systems capacity and performance, plan and execute disaster recovery procedures, and provide technical support.
• Identify, escalate and document production impact issues.
• Evaluate user requests for new or modified computer programs to determine feasibility, cost, time required and compatibility with current systems and capabilities

Top 3 Must have skills:

• 5 yrs experience with web development tools - HTML, Javscript, CSS
• Google app scripts, React

Nice to Have skills:

• Graph API Consumption or Usage
• Meta experience
