Silotech Group seeking a creative and talented Web Designer/Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in industry-standard software, and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and Layout: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps. Design website layouts and templates using design software.
• Visual Elements: Develop graphics, logos, icons, banners, and other visual elements for websites and digital media.
• Collaboration: Work with clients, marketing teams, and developers to ensure cohesive and effective design.
• Maintenance and Updates: Perform website updates, test designs across devices, and ensure optimal performance.
• Typography and Color Schemes: Select appropriate fonts and color schemes to enhance the visual appeal and readability of the website.
• Testing and Optimization: Test websites to ensure they function correctly across different devices and browsers.
• User Experience (UX) Design: Focus on enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and overall experience of the website.
• User Interface (UI) Design: Work on the visual aspects of the website, including layout, typography, and interactive elements.
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback from users and make necessary adjustments.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest design trends and software innovations to keep skills sharp and relevant.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.

Experience:

• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), HTML, CSS, JavaScript and understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Experience in managing design projects from concept to completion, including meeting deadlines, working within budgets, and collaborating with team members.
• Communication Skills: and other team members.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including websites, graphics, and other visual content.

Certifications:

• Any industry relevant certifications a plus.
