$2,500 NEW HIRE BONUS PAID QUARTERLY OVER A YEAR

RN supervisory responsibilities include:
  • Supervise and lead nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care.
  • Coordinate and oversee the implementation of care plans for residents.
  • Monitor and assess residents' health, intervening as necessary to address changes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and nursing policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs.

RN supervisor qualifications:
  • Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey.
  • Proven experience as an RN supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with nursing home regulations and standards.
