What You'll Do:

Ø Lead and Inspire: Supervise and motivate a dedicated team of nurses and aides to deliver exceptional care.

Ø Ensure Quality Care: Oversee all aspects of resident care, from medication management to end-of-life care.

Ø Collaborate: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to create and implement care plans that meet each resident's unique needs.

Ø Problem-Solve: Be the go-to person for any nursing-related issues, ensuring smooth operations throughout your shift.

What We're Looking For:

Ø Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory role within long-term care is preferred.

Ø Qualifications: Must hold a current, unrestricted RN license in Texas.

Ø Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
