What You'll Do:

• Provide compassionate care: You'll deliver nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health, comfort, and safety.
• Administer medications: You'll be responsible for giving medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Monitor patient health: Regularly assess and record vital signs, symptoms, and conditions, and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with the team: Work closely with RNs, LPNs, STNAs, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans.
• Educate and support: Assist in educating residents and their families on health conditions, care plans, and any treatments or medications.

What We're Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (R N) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with a valid Ohio license.
• Experience in a long-term care or rehab setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care to our residents.
