Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is partnered with a local machine shop in Palmyra PA that is in need of a Welder/Fabricator! Great opportunity with a well established company in the area.

Job Title - Welder/Fabricator

Pay Rate - $20-$25/hour based on experience

Location: Palmyra, PA 17078
Shift: 1 st shift 5am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday

3 most important things client needs this person to have

• Ability to read blueprints
• 3-5 years of experience welding
• Seeking candidates that are seeking growth

Job Description/Duties

• Will be welding various parts including pipes and flanges to help build product
• Will be working on various castings and cracks in castings. Grinding out cracks and filling them with welds for repairs
• Perform various repairs on parts as needed
• Fabricate and connect and fittings as needed

Qualifications

• Must have valid Drivers license and vehicle
• Ideally have 3-5 years of experience in Mig, Tig, Stick Welding
• Ability to read blueprints

Physical Demands
Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally. Must be able to stand for duration of shift, squat, bend, and kneel as needed.

Benefits once hired/What does benefit package look like: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K contributing 6% each pay. Company will match $0.50 per dollar
