Responsibilities:
1. Player Development:
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to
individual player needs and team objectives.
• Conduct skill development sessions focusing on fundamentals, technique,
and game strategy.
• Provide constructive feedback to players to facilitate continuous
improvement and growth.

2. Game Strategy and Analysis:
• Develop game plans, offensive and defensive strategies, and in-game
adjustments to maximize team performance.
• Analyze game footage to assess player and team performance, identify
areas for improvement, and refine strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with coaching staff to evaluate opponents and develop
scouting reports.

3. Leadership and Mentorship:
• Serve as a positive role model and mentor to players, fostering a culture of
accountability, respect, and sportsmanship.
• Inspire and motivate players to reach their full potential, both on and off
the court.
• Build strong relationships with players, parents, and staff, promoting open
communication and teamwork.

4. Program Development:
• Assist in recruiting efforts to attract top talent to the organization.
• Collaborate with management to develop long-term strategic plans for
program growth and success.
• Represent West Coast Elite at events, tournaments, and networking
opportunities within the basketball community.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a basketball coach at the high school, college, or elite club
level.
• Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, strategies, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate
training sessions, games, and travel.
• Passion for mentoring young athletes and fostering personal and athletic
development.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
