In this role, you will :
- Collaborate with Wholesale Operations teams to design and implement a shared mailbox management solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365. This tool will summarize cases, gather data, and utilize AI for long-term solutions.
- You will work closely with senior executives, contributing to the strategy, creation, and implementation of a large-scale case management solution that will impact 1000+ mailboxes across the organization.
- Identify and prioritize the most impactful opportunities for automation within Wholesale Operations, including optical character recognition, robotic process automation (RPA), and open banking APIs.
- Synthesize market information about emerging products, structures, and tools to create and present business cases that align with organizational goals.
- Work closely with senior executives to discuss problem statements, draw out solutions, and inform leadership about relevant products and tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring the team is sensitive to different preferences and perspectives within the organization.
- Deep knowledge of the digital banking landscape, including experience with generative AI, automation, robotics, and intelligent automation tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in case management tools.
- Understanding of how to build and optimize customer portals, and the ability to identify new opportunities for improvement.
- Previous experience in a commercial banking environment is highly desirable.
