BSE Global (Brooklyn Nets, New York Liberty, NetsGC, Long Island Nets and Barclays Center) is looking for a Guest Experience & Operations Intern for the Season 2024-2025. This is a part-time, program will begin October 2024 and end in May 2025. Start and end dates can be flexible depending on your academic calendar. The Wine Intern will work out of Industry City Corporate Headquarters in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Seasonal Interns are expected to work about 20-30 hours per week with some days expected to be in office and other days remote. Wine
  • Business Innovation: Support the team in developing and enhancing our wine offerings and experiences, gaining insight into the entrepreneurial dynamics of running a startup within an established business; Explore opportunities to integrate charitable initiatives into our wine programs, fostering community engagement and social responsibility.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize and assist in the execution of wine-related events.
  • Support Marketing Efforts: Contribute to marketing and promotional activities for our wine brand.
  • Operational Support: Assist with various administrative and operational tasks within the wine department.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with different departments to support wine-related projects and initiatives; Gain firsthand experience in wine operations within the arena and private clubs.
Learning Opportunities:
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of wine operations within a major sports and entertainment business including the incorporation of charitable initiatives into business practices.
  • Develop skills in event planning, customer service, and business strategy.
  • Experience cross-functional collaboration with teams throughout the organization such as marketing, finance, hospitality etc.

Salary $18 per hour Requirements:
