The Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Global Investment Office (GIO) is seeking an ambitious analyst to support the digital content initiatives of the Global Investment Office. This role will be on the COO Team reporting to the Head of Strategic Content & Commercialization. The successful candidate will help to drive the expansion and enhancement of digital content tools, resources and insights by collaborating with key stakeholders across the Firm, including morganstanley.com, E*Trade and Morgan Stanley Digital Advisor.

The responsibilities will include not only strategic oversight at a high level but also the management of daily operations pertaining to flagship publications and key franchises. The ideal candidate should exhibit strong writing, editorial, analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills. There will be an opportunity to participate in broader department strategic initiatives as well. This will be an in-office role with at least 3 days a week in Purchase.

Roles / Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategies for the Global Investment Office's digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user experience principle

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the firm, including morganstanley.com, E*Trade, and Morgan Stanley Digital Advisor, to expand and enhance digital content tools, resources, and insight

• Manage daily operations related to flagship publications and key franchises, including strategic oversight of collateral for ms.com, social media and other channel

• Create, produce, and manage high-quality content, including proofreading, editing, and regulatory review

• Leverage data to track and analyze engagement efforts, identify user needs, and measure engagement

• Work closely with regional sales teams to identify and target potential growth area

• Participate in broader department strategic initiative

• Bachelor's degree required along with 1-3 years professional experience in financial services or wealth management

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple high-level projects concurrently

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail

• Strong writing and editorial skills, with the ability to distill and articulate complex topics for a wide range of client audience

• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization, in addition to proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other business software

• Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and work effectively as part of a team

• Series 7 certification

• This will be an in-office role with at least 3 days a week in Purchase

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $60,000 and $110,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
