Insight Global is seeking a Workday Functional Consultant in Houston, Texas. We are seeking someone who has both functional and technical experience in multiple Workday modules, especially Core HCM & Recruiting. This role will configure and solution Oxy business processes in Workday Core HCM and Recruiting modules and provide end user support. They are responsible for assisting in planning and execution of Workday semi-annual releases for new enhancements, configuration migration, coordinate regression testing, and maintain regression test scripts. Accountable for HR systems adherence to change controls and other support processes, case management and performance reporting. Enhancement request intake, and prioritization configuration, testing, implementation and support. Assessment, design and delivery of process improvements. HCM strategy and transformation across people, process and organization enabled by technology.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Workday applications, preferably Core HCM & Recruiting

In-depth knowledge of Workday objects/fields and able to create complex reports

Strong written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for problem solving

Familiar with Office 365 products. Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

One or more Workday HCM certifications
