Workday Functional Consultant

Primary Skills: 

ALL OF THESE SKILLS ARE 100% MANDATORY Workday HCM and Recruiting module configuration Workday reporting and data validation experience for migration, go-live, and cutover Excel - vlookups, formulas, validations

Experience with at least one go-live/cutover event during a migration

We are seeking a Workday Functional Consultant who has both functional and technical experience in multiple Workday Modules, especially Core HCM & Recruiting. This role will primarily support the need of building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workday configurations and business process globally.

We value an individual who is willing to take charge and collaborate with various corporate functions within our organization as well as 3rd party vendors to determine the ideal solutioning of the process. 

As a member of this team, this individual must be able to manage multiple ongoing projects as well as taking on new projects and will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Configure and solution client business processes in Workday Core HCM and Recruiting modules and provide end user support

Experience in participate in workday go-live/ cut over activities

Experience in validating data during data conversion

Enhancement request intake, and prioritization configuration, testing, implementation and support

Assessment, design and delivery of process improvements based on leading practices

HCM strategy and transformation across people, process and organization enabled by technology

Ensure HRIS compliance with data privacy and adhere to client cyber security requirements

Maintenance and building of effective controls

Ability to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently to all levels of staff and management

Education: Bachelors Degree
