Job description

Infosys is seeking a Lead consultant and Scrum Master, to will guide and support an agile release train (ART) across many scrum teams with extensive experience in Workday HCM that support the global implementation of Workday. who will interface with key stakeholders and apply Workday HCM domain and technical & functional proficiency including Requirements Elicitation, Design, Build and Deployment of solutions for supporting customer's Workday HCM application. Functional changes, working with HR leads, corporate and business unit teams and third parties, in support of the Workday HCM application.
Core responsibilities will be enabling teams as a true servant leader to ensure that goals are met by the teams and the ART. To improve ART performance by identifying resolution of program impediments and being a change agent with continuous improvement. Foster an environment where the team can be effective, addressing any team dynamics. Collaborate with multiple partners across the ART, work across other areas within IT and with our HR business partners.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are not able to sponsor at this time.
• At least 7 years of Relevant Information Technology experience.
• Candidate must be within the US willing to travel to Framingham,MA for milestones or located in or be willing to relocate to the Framingham, MA area. This position will require travel to client locations.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Workday HCM domain in Implementation / Support projects related to Workday HCM Applications
• Communicative and social -- excellent interpersonal and group facilitation skills including the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and personality types
• Assertive - must be able to ensure agile and scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, and not afraid to be a voice of reason and authority
• Willing and able to hold the team accountable to its vision and values
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate on issues of strategy, risk and process
• 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master with dedicated agile teams using scrum/SAFe
• Certified Scrum Master preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Should have hands on experience in the modules (Core HR, Recruitment, Benefits, Comp, Talent, Performance, Absence, Payroll & Time tracking)
• Should have hands on experience in developing integrations and reports (Studio / Core-Connectors / PICOF / PECI / WECI/ EIB)
• Experience in BP Configurations (BP Changes, Sup Org, Locations, etc.), Troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, Workday Reporting and Analytics and Security configs and changes.
• Proven ability to lead Scrum teams for complex deliveries
• Facilitation of all the team's meetings and ceremonies using SAFe Framework
• Excellent communication, collaboration and a self-starter.
• Removes roadblocks, many of which will be beyond the team's authority or will require support from other teams
Continuous improvement mindset and highlights opportunities to improve efficiency of scrum teams
• Ability to coaches and mentor the team on agile ways of working
• Management of dependencies internal and external to scrum team
• Raises risks and blockers when necessary to RTE and appropriate team members/leadership
• Experience working closely with PO to understand and align on backlog priorities
• Experience with calculating team capacity, analyzing and adjusting learnings from previous sprints
• Experience managing more than one scrum team (2 or more)
• Extensive understanding of agile methodology, techniques, frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban) and agile tools (such as Jira and Confluence). Participated in a PI event.

The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
