We are in need of an overall project manager to organize and lead expansion of Splunk's Workday payroll capabilities internationally. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the Project to completion.

Scope

The Project Manager performs a variety of tasks including:

• co-developing, managing and maintaining the Project Plan,
• managing the issue and key decision log,
• setting deadlines and evaluating milestones,
• assigning responsibilities,
• delivering status reports to upper management on a regular basis, and
• escalating issues that may impact the go-live date to the
• Steering Committee.

Deliverable

• In addition to the specific deliverables above, the Project Manager will be responsible for working with the customer workstream leads to plan, manage, and provide oversight and status of:
• Project Planning - create combined project plan (EY, Workday and customer tasks/plan)
• Customer Team Training, as needed.
• Data Conversion, Validation & Clean-up.
• Design Session planning.
• Integration Work Management.
• Reports Work Management, as needed.
• Prism use case plan / management (consolidate payroll data for input to Workday as the book of record for Payroll data).
• Test planning.
• Cutover planning.
• Hypercare / Support Operations, as needed.

The on-going weekly program operational and governance tasks include:

• Work Planning and Management with Workstream Leads.
• Look ahead planning.
• Project plan updates (customer tasks).
• Risk, Issue & Decision Management.
• Fact/metric-based reporting.
• Ensure cross-functional team collaboration (customer side).
• Facilitation of all program/project executive meetings.
• Project resource management.
