Work you'll do:
As a Workday Student Records Lead, you will:
- Identify business requirements, support or lead requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations as it relates to Workday Student Records
- Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of projects
- Appeal to wide audiences through clear and succinct written and verbal communication
- Develop contract deliverables using the following tools: word processing (MS Word), spreadsheet (MS Excel), presentation creation tools (MS PowerPoint), Internet research tools, etc.

Qualifications
Required:
- 3 years of experience delivering Workday Student solutions
- Experience with leading/contributing in at least 1 full life cycle implementation of Workday Student Records
- Knowledge of student records/registrar functions, business processes, report, and touchpoints with other Student Information System (SIS) functional areas including Student Admissions, Student Financials, and/or Financial Aid
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required certification for this role
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work that you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Bachelor's degree
- Workday Student Certified
- Experience with integrations between Student records management and supporting systems (e.g, Learning Management Systems, Transcripts, Transfer Credit articulation, Graduation)
