What you'll do:
As a Workforce Manager, you will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of workforce management processes and systems. The individual will play a key role in top labor priorities optimizing workforce productivity, scheduling, forecasting, and operational performance. The workforce manager will be required to anticipate human capital challenges so that the proper steps can be taken to mitigate liabilities in effort to maintain efficiency. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement workforce management strategies to optimize staffing levels and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Analyze historical data and collaborate with various departments to forecast future resource requirements and develop staffing plans.
• Design and maintain workforce scheduling processes to meet service level objectives while balancing employee preferences and business needs.
• Monitor and analyze real-time data to make timely adjustments to staffing levels in response to changing demands and unforeseen events.
• Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to ensure timely and effective hiring and onboarding processes to meet workforce demands.
• Implement and manage workforce management systems and tools to support scheduling, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Create and maintain regular reports and performance metrics related to workforce productivity, schedule adherence, and operational performance.
• Provide regular analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement of workforce management processes and systems.
• Collaborate with operational ensure alignment of workforce strategies with business objectives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
Qualifications
What you'll need:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
EXPERIENCE: Proven experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in workforce management, staffing, scheduling, or related roles in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
