Job Summary
As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.
This is an onsite 5 days a week position.
What You'll Do
Duties and Responsibilities
Office Management:
•As the first point of contact for all those entering the facility, you are responsible for greeting them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
•Issue visitor and parking passes in alignment with the building's security protocols.
•Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed.
•Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures and notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
•Organize and manage on-site events including securing event space, set up and tear down of the room, and delivery of supplies including catering.
Logistics:
•Coordinate and execute workplace services including mail, office supply services, and onboarding.
•Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.
•Managing incoming and outgoing mail/carrier package, etc. in a timely manner.
•Coordinate office visits and ensure building access or access for events in market.
•Coordinate and manage point of sale merchandise (POSM) including delivery, shipment, and inventory with third party agencies.
•Coordinate and manage IT related issues; escalate issues to internal IT team when necessary.
Additional Responsibilities:
•Arrange and confirm meeting, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor.
•Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers and provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner.
•Communicate complicated and detailed information to the team effectively and follow specific directions as given by manager or site lead.

The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $43,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $70,000 annually.
