RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Treating wounds, ostomy and continence care
• Ensure care for patients dealing with a variety of chronic and acute wounds, as well as more complex issues
• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents
• Current RN License/ or LPN
• Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification
• Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations
• Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance
