The Wound Nurse Specialist consults clinical staff in the overall delivery of goods and services and maintenance of clinical care standards for clients in area of specialization. Develops, directs, and manages program operations; develops, maintains, and implements program goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
- Valid CT RN license
- BSN preferred; MSN in specialty area preferred
- Must have specialty certification or willingness to complete wound certification sponsored by agency within specified period of time. If sponsored by agency, applicant must commit to organization for two years.
- Three years' nursing experience in clinical specialty area, with two years of experience in home care preferred
