Schedule -

1st shift - 6:00 am - 2:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm Friday

2nd shift -2:00 pm - 10:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 4:00 pm - 2:30 am Friday

3rd shift - 9:45 pm - 6:00 am Sunday to Thursday

Occasional weekend production

Pay - $16-$17/hour. A $300 bonus offered at 45 days

Job Duties:
- Manage and maintain document management systems, such as SharePoint, to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of files
- Organize and classify documents according to established procedures and guidelines
- Perform quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of records management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize information for documentation purposes
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in document management processes
- Provide administrative support, such as data entry and file organization, as needed
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors
