Yard Hostler, Cybertruck,Production Control

We are currently hiring a goal-oriented Yard Hostler. Hook-up driver, yard spotter drives trucks or tractors to and from vehicle parking and docking area to move, position, and park 53' trailers. Move production material trailers on request to fulfill the just-in-time delivery method.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor to move and position trailers

• Hook/unhook trailers and secure outbound trailer doors

• Spot trailers at dock spaces for loading/unloading

• Document moves using yard/trailer management system

• Assist drivers with inquiries and issues

• Inspect trucks and trailers daily; report maintenance and safety issues

• Complete and submit daily yard check documentation

Requirements

• 1 year experience with 3-axle tractor and 53' trailer or equivalent experience

• Ability to read up close and at arm's length, with or without correction

• Excellent distance vision and constant alertness

• Class A Driver's License preferred
