High school diploma or GED. Four years of experience with food/diet preparation or plans in a professional kitchen, feed store, animal facility or zoo to include supervisory experience is required. Coursework in nutrition may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of two years. Must possess a Driver s license. Must be able to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends on a varied work schedule.
