  • Title: Temp Customer Service Representative
  • Location: Onsite (Costa Mesa CA, 92626)
  • Pay: $22 an hr-$23 an hr Bilingual (For fluent Spanish and English speaking applicants)
  • Start date: 5/06/24 or 5/13/24
  • Hours: Must be flexible to work any 8 hour shift between 8am-11pm (60-90 Contract)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Inbound calls
  • Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
  • Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
  • Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance

Requirements:
  • 1 year of customer service experience with the same company
  • High School diploma
  • Goal-driven and detail oriented
