As the Accounting Manager, you will be pivotal in overseeing various accounting functions such as preparing month-end Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations. Additionally, you will report directly to the President and CEO and collaborate with the management team, providing financial analysis and supporting special projects to aid business development and operations groups.

To succeed as an Accounting Manager, you should have:
  • Accounting degree with 5+ years of progressive experience
  • Solid financial accounting knowledge
  • Experience in budgeting or forecasting
  • Analytical thinker with sound judgment
  • Versatile experience in small to mid-sized organizations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and QuickBooks


Your expertise and abilities will be instrumental in effectively carrying out the following tasks:
  • Financial Statement Preparation & Management: Responsible for month-end financial statements, including invoicing, journal entries, expense analysis, bank reconciliations, depreciation schedules, and general ledger reconciliation.
  • Accounting Operations Oversight: Supervise Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, manage cash flow, and ensure timely financial reviews, including Balance Sheet and Income Statement.
  • Tax Compliance & Reporting: Prepare Quarterly and Annual Sales and Use Tax Returns, issue annual 1099s, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Executive Support & Analysis: Provide regular financial updates to the Executive Management team, support business opportunity assessments, and offer analysis for accounting process improvements, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Financial Controls & Special Projects: Implement financial controls, maintain accurate transaction records, develop financial reports, and assist with special duties and projects as needed.
