Our client, a leading financial services company is hiring an Administrative Assistant on a long-term contract basis.

Summary:

Responsible for providing support to Banker team, Associate bankers, Investment counselors and Service Officer team. Individuals in this position have regular contact / communication with high-level internal management, clients, industry officials and senior management.

Responsibilities:
  • Arranges conferences, meetings; establishes priorities on behalf of manager or team.
  • Updates files/records, produces reports and various correspondence.
  • Coordinates activities to include answering telephones, managing calendars / appointments, compiling expense reports, putting together presentation materials, and making travel arrangements.
  • Handles sensitive materials; maintains appropriate levels of confidentiality.
  • Assists and fills in for other support staff.
  • Inputs and maintains internal databases.
  • Trains, coaches or guides other administrative support personnel as required.
  • In charge of office supplies and coordination with premises.

Required Skills:
  • Bilingual - English Spanish, fluent
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures and systems
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail.
