Join a Great Team! Eagle Health is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a government customer.

Hours: The working hours are 7:00 am until 4:00 pm

Telework: This position is telework eligible no more than two (2) days per week

Duties:
  • Perform various clerical and administrative duties.
  • Work independently on assigned tasks and complete them with minimal supervision.
  • Screen all publications, directives, and periodicals, and brings those of significance to the Project Manager (PM), Contracting Officer's Representative, and management's attention.
  • Refer all complex inquiries beyond scope of immediate responsibility to PM or the appropriate designated point of contact for processing.
  • Distribute incoming correspondence to appropriate staff, organize and prepare materials and files when required.
  • Receive and review correspondence and directives that requires governmental signatures for grammatical and punctuation correctness.
  • Assess documents after completion of review and prior to submission.
  • Ensure the clarity, completeness of reply, grammatical and procedural correctness on all responses to correspondence.
  • Assist the various Workplace Solutions Department (WSD) staff with all administrative-type work when required, e.g., finalizing letters and memos, filing, copying, scanning, and transmitting documents.
  • Establish and maintain the office chronological files and automated systems of control of internal and external correspondence; special projects; program commitments; special interest issues; etc.
  • Research information, gather facts, and compile data on a variety of administrative and management activities.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate should possess required skillset of being knowledgeable of or possess the ability to learn SharePoint; candidate should be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma and a minimum of five (5) or more years of clerical office experience or two (2) years or more of executive level experience.
