Description
Under the direction of an Application Manager, the Application Analyst performs troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications and their hardware. They design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within their portfolio and/or service line. The Analyst must achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application, hardware architecture and operational workflows, as well as understand the policies, procedures and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application. The Analyst works with business owners, vendors, and other ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests. Applications Supported, but not limited to: AGFA Enterprise Imaging, Butterfly, LifeImage, Ambra, ImageGrid DICOM router, VNA Health, Endovault, SPM, Smith&Nephew, Pillcam, Bravo, Manoscan, Accuview, Steris Black Diamond AV system, CaseCheck, Surgicount, GE ViewPoint etc. This is a flex-hybrid role which will require you to be onsite at least 1 day per month and within 12 standard hours of being asked to come in, or as required by operational need. Please note that there are no reimbursements for travel to "home office" location. Each employee must complete a FlexWork Agreement with their manager which will outline arrangement parameters and aids both parties in fully understanding expectations. Arrangements are regularly evaluated, and are subject to termination. Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full salary range for this position is $95,900 - $222,100 annually. The budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is approximately between the minimum and $143,000 annually.
