Join our client's dynamic Application Support team as an Applications Developer - Expert, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to their critical Cyber Remediation Program and support core business applications. This role is essential for ensuring the continuous enhancement and effective functioning of our FIS vended applications and interfaces. This role is starting off as a 4-month contract with potential to extend.

Applications Developer - Expert Job Details:
As an Applications Developer - Expert, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of various financial systems and applications from both a technical and business perspective. Your role involves close interaction with business users to understand their technology needs and working collaboratively with vendors to manage installations, configurations, and system integrations. You will play a key role in system testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Additionally, you will participate in our ongoing Cyber Remediation Program, addressing security vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance with current regulations.

Applications Developer - Expert Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in core banking systems and financial applications.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of products.
- Extensive experience in the financial industry, particularly in application support and development.

Applications Developer - Expert Desired Skills:
- Experience with Service Now.
- Familiarity with Business Objects for reporting purposes.
- Knowledge of loan processing systems and applications.
