Description
Assists the Director of College/Division Business Operations with the administration of business and financial services for a large College/Division, which may include financial and human resources management, procurement and contract administration, and endowments.

Bachelors and 5 years experience
Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed. Requires a minimum of five (5) years of directly job-related.

Assists the Director of College/Division Business Operations with the administration of business and financial services for a large College/Division, which may include financial and human resources management, procurement and contract administration, and endowments.
- Oversees administrative and financial affairs of the College/Division to include personnel, procurement, payroll and budgetary information.
- May facilitate staff hires for the College/Division.
- Assists with budget administration, which may include budget preparation, monitoring of department budgets and cost centers, and reports. May assist with personnel reports, analyses and projections.
- Represents the College/Division on behalf of the Director of College/Division Business Operations as required.
- Provides training and support to departmental administration and staff regarding financial, budgetary and personnel.
- Reviews and certifies all expenditure and income documents for College/Division; serves as certifying signature authority in the absence of the Director of College/Division Business Operations.
- Reviews contracts for compliance with university policies and procedures.,
- Performs other job related duties as assigned.
