REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:

This position is directly accountable and responsible to the appropriate Assistant Dean and the Dean of Current and Emerging Technologies.

Nine-month full-time non-tenure track position. Minimum starting salary $47,100 - $58,874 (Masters required), based on experience and education.

Position Description & Details

Responsibilities include supporting student success by teaching nursing didactic and laboratory courses and supervising student clinicals. Other duties include student advising, record keeping, committee work, submitting grades by the established deadline, and other duties as assigned by the Assistant Dean and the Academic Dean.

  • Frequently - 34-65% - Stand, walk, or sit.
  • Occasionally - 1-33% - Reach with hands and arms, stoop/kneel/crouch, crawl, climb or balance, or lift to 25 pounds.


Minimum Requirements

  • Appropriate master's degree
  • Current unencumbered North Dakota RN license
  • Minimum of two years of experience in nursing practice


Preferred Qualifications

  • College teaching experience
  • Ph.D. in Nursing or Nursing Education
