The AWS Kumo Software Team is searching for an innovative, passionate, customer-focused and Security minded product manager with a track record of delivery. We are looking for a relentless self-starter that will boldly do what's best for the business to serve our customers; someone with a true pioneering spirit, willing to "get hands dirty" in a start-up environment while being able to optimize delivery against both short and long term goals.
The role:
You will be responsible for defining security experiences using both AI and non-AI technologies for 1000s of AWS builders. You will partner with multiple software engineering and Data Scientist teams to build cohesive user experiences across all these tools, resulting in increased self-service and high customer satisfaction for partners and customers. Our investments in this area help customers securely resolve their issues faster and preserve high trust that customers place on AWS. You will be at the forefront of Cloud technologies with interactions across the full breadth of AWS services.

The AWS Kumo team provides technology and trusted expertise that intelligently anticipate and resolve AWS customer needs, helping them adopt, optimize, and operate at scale. Kumo's products, used by AWS customers and the support teams that help them, are vital to ensuring exceptional customer experiences on AWS. Our team owns customer facing applications like Trusted Advisor, Personal Health Dashboard, AWS Forums, and Support Center and multiple internal tooling systems. We are a highly innovative global organization revolutionizing the way customers engage and seek help from AWS. Support provides a strategic advantage for customers adopting AWS and drives direct revenue to the business.

Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS)
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- Experience conceptualizing and shipping security products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with launching products and driving adoption using data
- Experience in security concepts around AuthZ, AuthN and STS based services
- Experience in managing large number of stakeholders in a project/ product

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
