Insight Global is hiring a Business Analyst for one of our top Biotechnology Companies. This candidate will be a part of their Business Information Systems Commercial team focusing on patient and market access. The day to day responsibilities will include performing business analysis, gathering, developing, and crafting clear business requirements. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong communication with key stakeholders, and members of the internal team. They will also need to maintain documentation. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience

MUST HAVES:

7+ years of experience as a BA/PM in the biopharmaceutical space

Experience creating and maintaining user and functional requirement documents

Experience creating and maintaining business process flow diagrams

Validation reporting experience

Patient services experience

Commercial medical sales or marketing experience as a BA/PM
