A large Utilities and Energy company in Houston, Texas is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Infrastructure M&A Team. This individual will be working closely with the Program Manager, Project Managers and other members of the Infrastructure M&A team to gather requirements and advise on best practices for future Mergers and Acquisitions. They will need to be proficient in creating process maps, defining and documenting new processes, communication & negotiations with vendors, facilitating workshops, change management, procurement, and be very organized. They will need to have strong written and verbal communication skills, and have worked on previous Infrastructure and Merger and Acquisition projects. Their main responsibility is to identify gaps and streamline their current and upcoming projects. They will come on site in Houston 5 days a week for the first month and then will be able to move into a hybrid schedule of 3 days on site and 2 remote.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ Years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, or Process Improvement Analyst

Business Optimization Experience in a consulting environment

Proficient in Creating Process Maps and Process Flow Diagrams

IT M&A Integration experience related to Infrastructure (Network, Hardware,

Previous Experience creating Use Cases and Requirement Gathering

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Merger and Acquisition Experience + Infrastructure Background
