Duties and Responsibilities:

The Integrated Sales Account Specialist is responsible for providing sales support to the Integrated Solutions Sales Representatives. They will review and prepare new sales agreements. They will review sales agreements to guarantee all information is included, pricing is set correctly, and all required documents and signatures are attached. They assist the sales organization by providing relevant, accurate, and effective sales proposals in a timely manner to deliver all expected sales numbers. Additional responsibilities will include:
  • Validate submitted Sales Agreements for correct integrity, including, but not limited to, consistency in pricing, approval guidelines compliance, pricing guidelines compliance, proper documentation attached to the agreement, signature verification and collection, if needed, and other items as assigned
  • Individual Support for eligible sales representatives in quoting, billing, forecasting system and others as necessary.
    Build and review bids for special needs customers related to eligible sales representatives
  • Follow-through on new Customer Qualifications, reviewing customer information and guaranteeing that the prospect meets Everon's guidelines to consider a customer a national account.
  • Prepare and execute Site Imports into quoting system, guaranteeing the correct approvals are attached and correct pricing is submitted.
  • Engage key stakeholders to ensure the flow of job through the quoting tool, and booking process in a timely manner.
  • Quoting tool reporting as needed by the field.
  • New Prospect research for National Sales Representatives as needed
  • Fill out customer onboarding Pre-call form for new customers
  • Review and execute pre-integration projects for sales agreements, when qualified
  • Provide customer-facing support on customer calls where requirement gathering is needed for future sales projects.
  • Prepare and gather documentation for change order and rider sales for customer projects with special requirements.
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for Integrated Solutions customers, specifically in relation to signature gathering for agreements, sales follow-ups, and special research.
  • Handle special parts requests related to their customers to make sure they are in the quoting tool for smooth future sales, and work with IT when information is missing.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications

Account Support Specialist Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills to work efficiently within a team while having the ability to complete tasks and make decisions independently. Other essential skills include:
  • Problem-solving: The candidate must be able to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues when they occur.
  • Computer literacy: In addition to data entry and typing, Account Support Specialist must know basic spreadsheet and word processing creation software.
  • Time management and organization: The candidate must have the ability to use a variety of organization methods, including calendar management, to handle multiple projects at one time and complete tasks efficiently and quickly.
  • Customer service: This role requires strong professional conversation etiquette, especially in person and over the phone when interacting with company representatives, clients, and customers.
  • Communication: Clear communication and the ability to explain concepts in simple terms are used to help the customer work through problems and accurately describe products.
Requirements:
We are looking for a team player that is self-motivated, coachable, and possesses a desire for professional growth. BA or BS Degree preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Experience:
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with a keen attention to detail.
  • Minimum 5+ years of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of customer service with a professional attitude.
  • Proven communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal.
