At COUNTRY Financial, our Compliance Analyst will focus on monitoring the changes in state legislation related to property casualty insurance laws, fulfilling compliance research requests from our business partners, serving as a compliance subject matter expert on critical projects, and completing a variety of compliance tasks such as certified policies and subpoenas. Additionally, this position serves as a liason with our Office of General Counsel for compliance related matters.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate office in Bloomington, IL.

How does a Compliance Analyst make an impact?

• Researches, develops, and documents information used in the development of business recommendations, plans and decisions.
• Monitors, investigates, evaluates and analyzes legislative and regulatory requirements and changes involving insurance products. Resolves complaints when necessary.
• Communicates to all necessary parties any changes for systems, documents, contract language and/or plan amendments that might be required for plan and product compliance. Trains others as necessary.
