  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years in program development, teaching and/or facilitation preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year leadership
  • Strong logistical, planning and coordination skills
  • Ability to perform in depth research and communicate results effectively
  • Strong customer service orientation and satisfaction in providing assistance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and growing work environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to problem solve and effectively communicate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software including ACCESS, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; must have the capacity to quickly learn additional programs
  • Efficient organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with the public and District staff and senior management
  • Multi-media authoring tools preferred
  • Performance measuring, multimedia, curriculum and course development preferred
  • Broad knowledge of instructional design models preferred

The position requires occasional walking, standing, sitting, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting/carrying work related items weighing less than 40 pounds, such as books, papers and presentation materials. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Attendance at conferences and professional development is required. Work involves everyday risks and discomforts which require normal safety precautions when operating equipment or performing job duties. May work prolonged or irregular hours and must be able to maintain emotional control under stress.

Additional Information

  • Attendance at morning and evening events, such as School Board meetings is required
  • Work may involve completion of analytics with deadlines, involving stressful situations and long hours
  • Work is also performed outside the office for orientations, meetings and training
