We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our customer service team. A background or previous experience in industrial sales/service is helpful but not a requirement for this position. Please note that this is NOT a telemarketing position. Duties include handling incoming phone calls and emails from customers, working with our outside salespeople to process and track orders and quotes, and generally delivering excellent service and customer care. Our customers include Fortune 500 companies as well as small and medium sized companies in the Greater Delaware and Lehigh Valley areas.
