Masters and 5 years experience
Requires application of advanced principles, techniques and theory in a professional discipline or a thorough general business management knowledge. Knowledge of this level is typically obtained through a directly job-related Master's degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed.Requires a minimum of five (5) years of directly job-related experience.

Responsible for the operations and administrative management of the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program, to include program design, development, implementation and compliance.
- Provides guidance and oversight for the development, implementation and evaluation of GME programs to ensure appropriate documentation of all necessary data required by the institution and oversight agencies.
- Ensures compliance with accreditation standards, institutional policies and procedures and licensing board requirements and protocols.
- Reviews credentialing requirements and maintains personnel for assigned trainees in the institutional database.
- Provides administrative management for UH College of Medicine as a sponsoring institution.
- Prepares reports related to CMS billing and DGME/IGME protocols.
- Facilitates communication between to academic departments and affiliate partners regarding program initiatives and educational activities.
- Directs activities of hospital affiliate staff as related to GME program.
- Intake and process disciplinary or other emergent training/educational issues with appropriate personnel.
- Develops structured processes and access for efficiency and effectiveness. Manages other projects assigned to the office of GME and Faculty Affairs. Development and documentation of standard operating procedures May represent Assoc Dean, as requested Other duties as assigned.
