The role you'll contribute:

The Director, Strategic Operations provides leadership for facilitation of strategic plan development, elements of strategic plan implementation and development of projects; operations and senior management communication across the business units; and serves as chief aide in detailed execution. Collaborates with the Regional CEO and senior leadership on the integration of organizational performance excellence principles. Oversees the operational plans across the respective business units. Prepares materials and presentations for the Regional CEO and senior leadership team to further the advancement of the organization key stakeholders. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

The value you'll bring to the team:
  • Develops and implements operational and operational implementation plans to support the Regional CEO and the senior leadership team.
  • Facilitates strategic plan development, implementation, and deployment of projects across the Rocky Mountain Region.
  • Plans and develops agenda for key CEO meetings (e.g. Cabinet, Council, Retreats, etc.) by collaborating with members of Leadership and the CEO to synthesize and prioritize agenda items.
  • Contributes research and data analytics as the senior leadership team reviews and provides input on strategies and innovations - leads projects under the direction of the Regional CEO or a member or members of the regional executive team.


Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, communication, or related field of study.
  • Two years of experience in healthcare setting.
  • Two years of management experience.
