Learner/entry-level role. Works to assist the current IT Operations

Project Administrator. Assists with IT purchases and uses the current inventory and

management system. Updates and administers asset databases, tracking life cycle of

all assets. Receives and manages inventory, ensures security of assets while in inventory.

Maintains and manages supplier records such as warranties. Assists in developing

department IT purchasing standards and procedures. Receives new equipment and

monitors procurement and deployment activities. Verifies financial data (e.g., leased,

depreciated or expensed), and monitors and reconciles changes in inventory and

performs spot checks to ensure process and system quality

Required Skills & Experience

0 to 1 year of business experience in asset management, procurement, finance, or

related experience.

Assist with the monitoring and tracking of inventory for the Information Technology Cost

Center

Assist with procurements of on-hand IT hardware supplies.

Performs regularly scheduled audits for hardware in Boca, Pompano and HQ locations.

Participate in team projects and assignments that range in size, complexity, and

contract duration

Attends and participates in OIT Staff Meetings, Operations Team Meetings, and other

meetings as directed

Responsible for reading, adhering to, and enforcing Department's Procedures and

Policies

Able to lift to 50 pounds

Perform other related duties as assigned
