A global leader in the technology innovation space is seeking an Entry-Level Client Services Specialist to join its growing team. This position is at their US headquarters in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. They are looking for an Entry-Level Client Service Specialist to start immediately. As an Entry-Level Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and building upon existing client relationships as well as providing outstanding support to customers and the outside sales force. In this fast-paced environment, you must be able to think on your feet while demonstrating leadership through innovative and creative problem-solving.

Entry-Level Client Services Specialist Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly and efficiently to supplier requests, assist with returns, route inbound calls, order entry, and answer general process, order status and tracking questions
  
• Heavy data entry in a fast-paced environment
  
• Purchase order and price quotation entry from customers into a Windows based database
  
• Analyze and remedy customer issues
  
• Route technical support calls to the appropriate product specialist or technical group
  
• Participate in goal projects while maintaining daily workload

Entry-Level Client Services Specialist Requirements:

• 2-year degree required
  
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, and a high attention to detail
  
• Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office and Outlook
  
• Ability to type at 50 WPM
  
• Ideal candidate is a proactive, self-motivated, task-oriented individual who is able to work independently with minimal oversight
