The company is looking for candidates with at least 5 years of high-level executive or personal assistant experience who are bilingual and have a strong background or aptitude for financial management. Pay Range: $100, 000 - $150, 000 / year DOE

Executive Assistant Requirements:
  • 5+ years of high-level administrative or personal/executive assistant role with exposure to financial management
  • Strong financial background or aptitude;experience in finance or investments preferred
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English to support business interests in Mexico
  • Bachelor s degree in relevant field is preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work flexibly in a dynamic, non-corporate environment
  • Ability to attend in-person meetings in San Diego or Tijuana as required

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage complex financial structures including trusts, LLCs, and corporations across the US, Canada, and Mexico
  • Liaise with legal and financial advisors to ensure all business affairs are handled promptly and accurately
  • Maintain schedules, organize meetings, and ensure effective communication between all parties, including occasional in-person meetings
  • Track legal and tax compliance requirements, coordinating with accountants and legal teams
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
