Job Description
SCOPE OF POSITION
The Housing Manager is responsible for and will provide 24-hour management/supervision of the Strong Futures Living Center facility, staff, and persons served. Responsibilities include maintaining licensure requirements, resident and staff safety, environment of care, coordination with treatment team, direct supervision of behavioral health technicians and residential supervisors, and education of residential tasks, policies, and procedures to both staff and persons served. The Manager will participate in the recruitment and interview process of prospective team members, maintain records and documentation of hires, and complete annual performance reviews. The Manager will attend interdepartmental, administrative, and treatment team meetings to integrate interdepartmental sharing of information. The Manager will develop and adjust staff schedules to ensure proper shift coverage and adherence with budgetary constraints. The Manager will ensure the Living Center vehicle fleet is maintained and safely operated. The Manager will ensure Infection Prevention and Team Member Health guidelines are followed. The Manager will maintain good relationships with all stakeholders and adhere to program policies and procedures while maintaining a professional code of ethics. The Manager will protect the privacy of all person's served in accordance with Ballad policies and procedures as required by federal and state law. The Manager is responsible for other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in related field, minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health or related healthcare (preferably in residential treatment or recovery housing), and minimum of 1-year management experience required. 2 years management experience preferred.
