Reporting to the SVP, Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization human resources department by planning, evaluating and providing employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent management, and human resources policies, programs and practices.

Essential Functions:

Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

Work closely with operations and corporate leaders on all HR matters.

Assist in recruiting and interviewing talent, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, and recommending changes to improve retention and employee engagement.

Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting new hire orientation and training programs.

Develop and conduct leadership training for front line supervisors and managers including new leader orientation and first- time supervisory training.

Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.

Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, an recommending human resource policies and procedures.

Administer the performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.

Advise Leadership on HR performance risks, optimization of process flow and other opportunities for continuous improvement.

Support HR Director in the review of compensation and benefit programs.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualification (Education, Certifications and/or Training

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline required.

Required Experience:
- 7+ years' experience managing multi-location HR Required.
- Working in a Manufacturing Environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish
