Job Description:

As part of this role, the worker will be interacting with application teams to capture the requirements for Single Sign On and Multi-Factor authentication. Communicate with technical member on the team and work with application teams to perform User Acceptance Testing. Involved in the communications with application teams and will be interacting with application teams.

• Connect with multiple application and business owners and gather application requirements
• Should have good understanding of general SSO and MFA requirements
• Good documentation skills and able to support and / or perform User Acceptance Testing, document the testing results
• Work with technical team to achieve the accepted requirements
• Strong communication skills
• Perform data analysis and document the results
• Work experience on Ping Federate and / or Azure MFA would be a big plus
• Perform tasks assigned to the worker

Required Skills:

• 4-6 years of experience in IT Experience
• 4 years of experience in Communication Skills and ability to work with multiple application teams to document requirements
• 4 years of experience in Documenting, Flow-chart skills, using vision etc.
• 2 years of experience in Knowledge of Single Sign on Products

Preferred Skills:

• 2 years of experience in Any other Identity Management product knowledge
