  • Compile and compose various reports in support of department objectives
  • Check and review records and/or processes for accuracy and make corrections as needed
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email and face to face interactions with co-workers and customers
  • Utilize various reporting systems and computer applications to input and review data
  • Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
  • Be flexible to work overtime as dictated by the business
  • Organize and prioritize large volumes of information
  • Respond to questions as needed
  • Focus and remain on task in a fast paced environment
  • Adhere to NM Safety standards
  • Other tasks as directed by Manager/Supervisor
  • Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments
What You Bring
  • High school diploma
  • One year of administrative experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite Programs(Word , Power Point, and Excel).
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Be flexible to work overtime as dictated by the business
  • Ability to follow directions with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work effectively on a team and independently
Essential Physical Requirements
  • May require use of voice activated headset
  • May require pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, kneeling, and/or lifting up to 50lbs in a warehouse environment.
